## Bulk apply

**WooCommerce → Bulk Quantity Rules.** Choose **Apply to products**: *All products* or *Products in categories*. Tick the **Fields to set** (only ticked fields are written; everything else is left as it is), optionally **Also write the rule onto each variation**, and optionally **Replace tiers with** one tier per line as `from,to,mode,value` (e.g. `10,49,percent,10`). Click **Apply a rule**: products are processed in batches with a progress bar, so thousands of products are fine.

## Export

**Export CSV** downloads every product and variation with its current rule and tiers:

 Columns

```
product_id, sku, name, enabled, min, max, step, default, input_mode, fixed_values, decimal, unit_label, tiers_json
```

## Import

Edit the exported file in a spreadsheet and upload it back. Rules:

- `product_id` must exist: rows with an unknown ID are skipped, the rest still import.
- `enabled`: `no` disables the product rule; anything else keeps it enabled.
- `input_mode` is `input` or `fixed`; `fixed_values` is comma-separated (`12,24,48`).
- `decimal` is `yes` / `no`.
- `tiers_json` is a JSON array: `[{"min":10,"max":49,"mode":"percent","value":10},{"min":50,"max":"","mode":"fixed","value":7.5}]`. Leave the cell empty to keep existing tiers.
- Only `product_id` is required; missing columns are written as blank (“inherit”), so export first and edit the file rather than building one from scratch.

**Warning**Import overwrites the listed fields for every row. Export first so you have a backup.
