Quantity price breaks: the more a shopper buys, the lower the unit price. In the free version tiers are set per product and per variation. Pro adds category-wide and store-wide default tables: the most specific table wins as a whole (tables are not merged).

## Creating a tier table

1. 1
Product → **Quantity & Pricing** tab → **Tiered pricing**.
2. 2
Click **+ Add tier** and fill *Qty from*, *Qty to* (blank = and above), *Type* and *Value*.
3. 3
**Type**: *Percent off* (`10` = 10% off the base price), *Fixed unit price* (`8.50` = exact price per unit), *Amount off / unit* (`1.50` subtracted from each unit).
4. 4
Update. The price table appears on the product page and the catalog shows a “From $X” hint.

| Qty from | Qty to | Type | Value | Unit price on a $10 product |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | 9 | Full price | | $10.00 |
| 10 | 49 | Percent off | 10 | $9.00 |
| 50 | | Fixed unit price | 7.50 | $7.50 |

## Settings

Under **WooCommerce → Settings → Quantity & Pricing → Tiered pricing**:

| Setting | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Calculate discount from | *Current price* (respects sales and other pricing plugins) or *Regular price*. |
| Show price table on product page | Toggle the table. |
| Price table position | Before / after the add-to-cart form, or near the product meta. |
| Catalog “From” hint | Appends “From $X” to the price in shop grids. |
| Store-wide default tiers | A fallback table used by every product without its own. |

## In the cart

The cart line shows the tier price with the original struck through. Tiers are recalculated on every quantity change, including in the block cart.

## Templates and hooks

Copy `templates/tier-pricing-table.php` to `yourtheme/quantity-manager-tiered-pricing/tier-pricing-table.php` to restyle the table (or point the `qmtp_tier_table_template` filter at your own file). Filters: `qmtp_product_tiers` (modify the tier rows per product), `qmtp_cart_item_price` (final unit price in the cart).
