# Activating your Pro licence

## Install Pro

1. Download the Pro ZIP from your purchase email or your [Freemius account](https://users.freemius.com/).
2. Go to **Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin**, choose the ZIP, click **Install Now**, then **Activate**.
3. If the free version is still active, that is fine. Pro takes over and the free copy stays idle. Your settings and quotes are shared, and you may delete the free copy.
4. Enter your licence key on the screen that appears and click **Activate License**.

  
**Note**Done. **WooCommerce > Qtyra Quotes** now shows your plan, the expiry date and how many sites are in use.
 
 

## Managing the licence

- **Move to another site:** release the licence from your Freemius account, then activate it on the new site.
- **Renew:** Pro features pause when a licence expires. Renew from your Freemius account and they come back. Nothing you saved is deleted.
- **Need more sites?** You can upgrade your plan from your Freemius account.
