## I still see prices or Add to Cart

Check that **Enable Catalog Mode** is ticked, and that the product is inside the scope you chose. If you enabled the administrator exemption, view the shop while logged out or in a private window.

## The button does nothing, or the popup does not open

If your theme loads products with AJAX, for example quick view, live filters or infinite scroll, turn on **Load Scripts on Every Page** under Quotes & Catalog > Advanced. If you use page caching, clear the cache once after changing settings.

## Emails are not arriving

WordPress sends mail the same way for every plugin, and many hosts block it. Install a mail plugin such as WP Mail SMTP and send a test email. Quote emails are standard WooCommerce emails, so you can also check them under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.

## The quote button is missing in my theme

The plugin adds its own button on product pages and shop loops for classic and block themes. If a page builder or a custom template hides it, add the button with the `[qtyra_button]` shortcode or the Quote Button block.
