Quantity price breaks: the more a shopper buys, the lower the unit price. In the free version tiers are set per product and per variation. Pro adds category-wide and store-wide default tables — the most specific table wins as a whole (tables are not merged).
Creating a tier table
Product → Quantity & Pricing tab → Tiered pricing.
Click + Add tier and fill Qty from, Qty to (blank = and above), Type and Value.
Type: Percent off (10 = 10% off the base price), Fixed unit price (8.50 = exact price per unit), Amount off / unit (1.50 subtracted from each unit).
Update. The price table appears on the product page and the catalog shows a “From $X” hint.

Settings
Under WooCommerce → Settings → Quantity & Pricing → Tiered pricing:

In the cart
The cart line shows the tier price with the original struck through. Tiers are recalculated on every quantity change, including in the block cart.
Templates and hooks
Copy templates/tier-pricing-table.php to yourtheme/quantity-manager-tiered-pricing/tier-pricing-table.php to restyle the table (or point the qmtp_tier_table_template filter at your own file). Filters: qmtp_product_tiers (modify the tier rows per product), qmtp_cart_item_price (final unit price in the cart).
