When a customer sends a request, you can answer with a price and a payment link without leaving WordPress.
- Open WooCommerce > Quotes and click the request.
- Type the agreed unit price for each product under Offered Price.
- Choose a shipping method and cost, then click Create WooCommerce Order.
- Click Send Offer Email. The customer receives the itemised offer and a secure payment link.
WooCommerce creates a normal pending order using your agreed prices. The cart is not involved, so custom prices and shipping stay exactly as you set them. Once the customer pays, the order moves through WooCommerce like any other.
InfoChanged your mind about a price? Edit the quote and create the order again. A cancelled order is never reused, so the customer always gets a fresh, correct payment link.
